Amy Hutchins is the Founder and Principle of GRIT Leadership which guides individuals and teams on transformational journeys to become, build and lead liberating leaders for the 21st Century.

 

As a GiANT certified 5 Voices and 100X coach, Amy leverages her experience with corporate, public education and non-profit organizations to design tailored leadership journeys that enable lasting transformation.

Amy retired from a 31-year career with Georgia Power Company working in numerous organizations including Sales, Training & Development, Workforce Development, and Community & Economic Development.  She has a long history of professional and personal engagement with non-profits and public education.  In additional to her GiANT certifications, she holds a bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Amy enjoys serving others and spending time with family and friends.  In her spare time, you will often find her preparing food and gathering loved ones around the table for fellowship as she exercises her gift of hospitality.  When she's not in the kitchen, she is likely working in the yard, attending a grandchild's sporting event, or traveling with friends.

Transformation takes grit - courage, resolve, and strength of character.  It isn't easy.  In both her personal and professional leadership journeys, Amy has found strength through godly reflection to reach intentional transformation.  She approaches each client relationship with GRIT. She is dedicated to helping other organizations benefit from the transformation that GiANT can offer.
